REFUND POLICY
Due to the unique and customized nature of the products offered by FURTRAIT ™, returns are not possible. Our dedicated team takes great care in creating personalized artwork for you and your pet which is unique and individual to you.
If you are not completely satisfied with the final product, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our top priority is ensuring customer satisfaction, and we are always willing to work towards finding a solution that meets your needs.
If you receive the incorrect product, size, or print, or if your product is damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it without hesitation. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order in these circumstances.
If you have recently placed an order and have changed your mind, you may cancel or modify the order within the first 30 minutes. If this time period has passed, we will consider your cancellation or modification request at our discretion. Our artists typically begin working on your order soon after it is placed.
Please note the photo you uploaded with your order will be used to create your artwork. You are responsible for submitting a high-quality image that follows our Pet Portrait Image Guidelines. Low-quality images will result in lower-quality painting. You may include notes or special requests with your order, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled. For example, we may be unable to edit a photo to change facial expressions or add a smile. However, we can remove the red eye and make other requested edits.
Our website showcases examples of artwork created from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry or low-quality images will not produce the high-quality results displayed on our site.
Please note that only one promo code may be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions. The availability and requirements of promo codes may change at any time. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the cart total after all promo codes have been applied. We cannot honor any retroactive discounts, so please be sure to enter the promo code at the time of checkout.
