As graduated graphic designers, we create high-quality Custom Pet Portraits From Photos using Adobe Illustrator. Visit our How It Works Page for more information.
We cannot add any accessories not present in the original photo submitted. Our talented Pet Portrait Artists will do their best to remove any accessories, such as leashes, collars, or harnesses, from your pet's photo during the drawing process.
If you want to keep any pet's accessory included in the photo submitted, please write it in the order comment section.
Unfortunately, we do not work with black-and-white photos, as many important details can be hard to see. Please provide a color photo of your pet to ensure we don't miss anything in creating your Custom Pet Portrait.
Not really; we focus only on your pet to create unique and detailed Pet Portraits to cherish furever. However, please make sure the photo is clear, and your pet is at the center of the focus, as this will ensure the best final result.
Yes, Furtrait's gift cards are available in the following denominations: $25 USD, $50 USD, $100 USD, $150 USD, and $200 USD. These make for an excellent gift for any pet lover, allowing them to create their own Custom Pet Portrait with ease.
Once your refund request is approved, please note that the time it takes to process a refund can vary depending on the payment method used. If you paid with a credit or debit card, it might take up to five business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Currently, we cannot accept custom requests such as frame sizes or background colors. However, we offer various options for customizing your new Custom Pet Portrait, such as different backgrounds, frame colors, and sizes.

To make the process smoother, we do not offer approval proof before printing your custom pet portrait. We understand the importance of ensuring you are satisfied with the final product, and we do everything we can to ensure that the portrait is of the highest quality.
If we can't deliver a custom pet portrait that meets our standards with the provided photo, we will contact you to get a new one. See our photo guidelines for more information.
Yes, you can change or cancel your order within the next 30 minutes after the order is placed by contacting us at order@furtrait.com. As our goal is to start working on your order and to ship it as soon as possible, we will not be able to cancel or change the order three hours after placing it.
If you prefer not to include the pet's name on the custom pet portrait, write "no name" in the name field.
We currently accept credit cards and Futrait's gift cards as the method of payment.
There could be several reasons why orders are returned to the sender. Common causes include an incorrect shipping address, issues with the carrier delivering the package, or if the parcel was unclaimed or refused.

Furtrait's Custom Pet Portraits are printed on museum-quality silk paper to ensure they will last for years. Our renewable wooden art frames are lightweight and have hanging hardware for easy installation. They are protected by shatterproof and durable plexiglass, offering a transparent and safer alternative to traditional glass or plastic.
Yes, we do create pet memorials. We understand that losing a pet is a challenging and emotional time, and we want to help you remember your beloved companion in the best way possible. We offer custom pet portraits to immortalize your pet and keep them close to your heart forever.
At this time, we do not offer the option to have more than one pet per portrait. However, we understand the bond between pets and their pawrents if you have multiple pets and would have to create a single Custom Pet Portrait for each of them separately.
Yes, we specialize in creating custom portraits for pets only. All pets are welcome, even unicorns 🦄 . We know that every pet is unique, and we will work with you to create a portrait that captures the essence of your beloved pet. Please ensure that the image you provide us follows Our Pet Portrait Image Guidelines.
We currently offer the following sizes for our custom pet portraits:
• 8”x12” / 20 x 30 cm = USD $89
• 12”x16” / 30 x 40 cm = USD $119
• 18”x24” / 45 x 60 cm= USD $189

Shipping & Returns
Below are questions and answers about shipping and returns.
There is a flat $10 shipping fee for orders in destination to the USA, Canada, UK and Australia. However, the shipping cost may vary based on your location, shipping method and the weight of your order. You will be able to have an idea of the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your order.
The production time can take up to four days. Depending on your location, receiving your product usually takes five business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track your package 24 to 48 hours later.
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, extra customs fees, taxes and duties may apply. Shipping costs may vary for international orders, and you can see the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your order.
If you never received your order, please get in touch with the carrier after four days to inquire about the status of your package. If the delivery company is unable to assist, please get in touch with us at shipping@furtrait.com
We will do our best to ensure all products in your order arrive together. However, there is no guarantee that all products will be delivered on the same date. If products are shipped separately, we will send you different tracking numbers to ensure you can track all the products easily.
